i used to have a very old account that i've lost since i didn't connect in many years ( i don't even remember the name actually)
More than 10 years ago i used to train constantly but than life took me out of the gym and out of shape.
Now i'm 40 yo and finally i decided to be back into weight training and as i did many years ago i rely to this forum as an unvaluable source of infomations.
My homecountry is Italy so i am not a naturally english speaker so please be patient if i make some mistakes and if i need some more time to get something.

Age: 40
height: 180cm
Weight: 78 kg
BF%: approx 12-14
All upper body muscles are visible, no striation, some vascularity when i train, starting to see the shape of abs if i contract but still holding some stubborn fat on the low part.
Training experience: Weight training from age 19 to age 25
Cycle experience: never used AAS, i tried ECA, DNP, Clen to help fat loss in the past. I'll share some experience as soon as possible
