Hey fellas,
Wanted to introduce myself. I’m in my early 30s and have been lifting ever since I got my 1st set of 10lb dumbbells when I was 12. It really got started as a soph in high school (I’m thankful i was once a fat kid) and I’ve been into ever since. Have taken much more seriously in the past 5 years, but always loved getting into the gym and eating healthier.
I’ve been lurking a lot the past couple months, soaking up as much as I can, as I’ve been interested in a first time taking a dip in the deep end. There’s so much info using the search tool here. Thanks for listening, wanted to give a formal hello. I look forward to talking with you guys and asking dumb questions.
