New to this game
Hello all!
I have been lifting for a few years and for the last year I have gotten back into lifting regularly between 4-5 days a week. I joined this forum because I'm 36 years old and just looking for information on everything that is out there. What is safe? how to be safe? what to do after a cycle? all that fun stuff. I'm completely new to this but am looking for something to help push me past where I'm at now.
When I'm not lifting I race dirt bike in the summer and I love snowmobiling in the winter.
Thank you!

Taking gear is just like racing bikes. You gotta pin it to win it. Welcome to the family!

Like I said I'm new and I'm just trying to get all the information I can . Im 39 yes and for the past few months I've been feeling tired, drained, worn out . Someone told me I might be low on testosterone . If done a lil research and once a man starts reaching is middle age his testosterone levels drop. Now I'm not a doctor and I haven't received any blood work but I think he might be right. So with all that being said. Can someone help me with my 1st cycle.

Most of it are pretty safe, i tell u, as long as u learn how to avoid mental issues during and after, due to hormonell changes.
Fysically with a healthy lifestyle i would say its a lot safer than your hobbies, also longterm as long as u dont go crazy.
First of us are in their 80s now, meaning years of years with use dont have to be lifeshortening.
