    Newbie

    Hi. I'm new to online forums and how everything works here. I'm 43 yrs old 5,8 and I'm a hobby lifter. Been lifting for 7 years. Recently I've noticed lower energy levels and recovery time is way longer and I've gained body fat even though my diet and lifestyle haven't changed. After a blood test, I've decided to experiment with test. Joining this forum to learn from other people's experiences. Looking forward to learning from you guys.

    Been down that road already. My doctor wont prescribe because I'm in the norm (bottom of the spectrum). But he will give me antidepressants. So messed up. Anyway I decided to take matters into my own hands.

    Welcome!! You’re in the right place.

    First off, find a new doctor and check out the TRT section. I’m 45, started TRT 5 years ago and the first couple docs wouldn’t prescribe either and then I found the right doc and he changed my life (and my wife’s).
