Hey guys ive been a long time non member viewing this page for years. Always some awesome info and this has been my go to search bar site.
After having 2 kids and working like a nut i completely let my self go.
been busting my a$$ for about a year now and down 85lbs sitting at 5'11 250lbs. Still have a ways to go but feeling good.
im 35 now in my 20's i ran many cycles and had some excellent strength gains form it.
In my 20's i always worked out for strength and had pretty good numbers (IMO):hello: 410bench 675 DL at 230lbs. Now im going a bit easier as id like to make it the long hall.
Anyways thats my short story. I hope to learn more and contribute.
