Whats up guys? I posted a thread on here about a month ago and it looks like it got booted off with everything else when the database or whatever it was went down.
Anyway, I just got back from the field and was really looking forward to some of those responses you guys were sending me. So I've decided to post again!
Let me start by providing some background information...again...lol.
I am currently 24 and have been lifting for about 7-8 years. I would say I am a pretty good size. I stand at 6'1" 230lbs and muscular. I stay in pretty good shape beacause I am in the military and pretty much have to. Lots of running let me tell you! I LOVE to lift though. I am hoping to try something new and would love to hear any advice you all have out there. I've got plenty of time to lift being stationed in Korea (even though some of us are getting depolyed to Iraq frome here). Thanks for any advice.
