im about to cycle for the first time and i need some help on what i should use and how i should workout out with it, im 6,1 245 and i am hoping to play colege ball next year, im not the talest player so i really need to bulk up i was thinkin of weigh at least 285 by the time i graduate, i also need to increase my 40 time by 2 10ths of a second i run a 5.1, my weights are about were they need to be, im benching 300 and squatin 450 , couls someone pleas give me some info i know this will take a lot of time to do i just need somethin to help me on the way
