Hi I am a new member been watching the board for a while now, learning a lot decided it was time to join and participate. I guess I am a fairly knowledgeable newbie. I am 5’9 33 years old about 200lbs training on and off my entire life mostly off until this last year I was fat and out of shape bad. I have been training hard for about a year now. I went from 200lbs 25% b/f benching about 185. Now I am 200lbs about 14% b/f benching about 330lbs. I have done 3 cycles first one real bad jumped into it listing to people at the gym. The next 2 were better but still learning. Look forward to hanging out here and learning more and getting help to get me to the next level
