I'm about a month out of my first cycle. I was doing 15mg of dbol a day for 6 weeks. That's it. Luckly I found out about this site and learned a lot of things like not doing that ever again. I believe that small of intake of dbol was just a waste of money. I did make significant gains but I think that was because of my increased dedication in the gym. list of gains:
week 1 bench: 275 max, Bicep curls: 3x10 40pd dumbells,military press: 3x10 135
week 6 bench: 315 max, Bicep curls: 3x10 60pd dumbells,military press:3x10 185
Stats: 5'8" 200pds
bf%: around 12%
arms: 17"
My weight stayed the same but I went from wearing tight 36 pants to loose 34s. Pics coming soon. Anybody know if that new disposable digital camera from kodak will hook up to my computer so I can put some pics on the site?
