Simply put, I'm a bigger guy who just wants to burn fat. I have a big frame and just want a simple stack to burn off some of this fat, to show off the muscle i already have. Any suggestions?

What do you mean by a "simple stack." Clen, ECA or like a prop/fina/winny stack??
My suggestion: Forget about the stack.
Try this.
5 days/week of CARDIO in the a.m. on an empty stomach keeping your Heart Rate elevated for >20 minutes (shoot for 40) at about 60% - 70% of you max heart rate.
Check out some diet stickies in the diet forum, they will help you progress.
Good Luck
I was going to suggest sharing your diet with us as well....
Yea, I would say diet is more important than anything else. Start by cutting sugar out of your diet, replaces sodas and such with water, cut back alchy consumption, and make sure you eat 5-7 smaller, balanced meals everyday. 40% Protein, 40% Carbs, and 20% Fat works well for me.
See, I understand what you all mean.... but I've tried a diet approach, with minimal effect. for a month i ate mostly fruits, veggies, tuna, lots of water, some beef and pasta once a week. Really trying to watch what I eat. I lost only 6 lbs. all frigging month. I am 5'9" and 230 lbs.... i have always had trouble dropping the extra pounds, so I am just looking for a kick in the figurative ass to get my metabolism really going, to start burning more. I am thinking Clenbuterol mostly because its not hormonal, and could really help. I don't want to spending retarded amounts of money, thats why I am hoping to try and stick to one or two steroids at a time.
Welcome aboard! Clen worked well for a friend of mine.
welcome bro, work on your diet first. do some reading up here lots of good info
You mentioned really watching what you eat. It sounds like you are eating cleaner, which is good, but IMO diet / nutrition don't take full effect until you get the percentages right.
There's small things you can do to help your metabolism. Drink ice cold water, eat hot [spicy] foods, eat a piece of fruit in the morning before you take a shower or guzzle a cup of black coffee. Just eating less food or less frequently will actually slow your metabolism down. You have to get it up and keep it up. Which also takes fooling it periodically.
Clen is good bro, but I really feel that people with an already low bf% have better results with it. I don't know what your bf is, but based on your specs clen may not be right for you. Never hurts to try I suppose, it's your $60 and your body afterall.
welcome
Welcome to AR
welcome to a great board for information
welcome
Welcome to the board. :hello:
welcome . As for the clen I cannot say but I start mine for 2 wks Sunday. Anyways you said you only lost 6 lbs in 1 month. Look thats very good!! You never wish to dramatically lower you fat in big chunks. Look at it this way.. Suppose you continue to lose at a rate of 5 lbs/month. 5x12=60lbs total. Your 230lbs now- 60 is 170lbs. My guess is thats to small for you. Not sure on your age but its simple diet/training very achievable. 6lbs lost is GOOD
Are there any effective legal steroids, eg. hydralean, hydroxycut, that any of you have had any success with, that could possibly help? And does anyone mind if I ask what their first stack was of? Did they work? side effects? dramatic?
I figured out that i am very sensitive to carb intake. I was maintaining lbm and bf% on a very low caloric intake 1400 per day!!! as soon as i dumped some additional carbs the fat started to come off again.Quote:

* Perform a minimum of 20 min. of cardio 4-5 days/week early in the morning and on an empty stomach, as suggested earlier by Hyper. In addition, at least 45-60 minutes of weights.
* Lay low on the stacks for now and try pyrovate and/or chromium picolinate, along with a good multi-vitamin, protein shake (one with creatine monohydrate suggested), and amino acid.
Good Luck, bro.

Drink lots of water.
Sleep long enough and in a certain Biorithym (e.g. always sleep 11 pm)!
Forget about pyruvate and chromium picolinate --> Unless you want an uneffective expensive carcogenic (so cancer inducing) product (only researches backing them up are payed by supplemencompanies! --> the effect that one gets is placebo-effect).
Multi-vitamin is imporant (more important are suffecient minerals --> read mallets Thyroid PCT post!).
Don't do weights! --> Ergogenics is a science that has always confirmed that the body can EITHER burn fat OR build muscle EFFECIENTLY (when doing both cardio and lifting you drastically limit the body's efficiency at both --> unless you divide them doing Cardio in the AM and lifting PM, not like those balding fat 45 year old men who after the treadmill and looking at young female asses at the gym while doing so, start lifting weights just to look at more asses :D ).
Creatine protects fatlayers from (fatty acid-pooling) and thus is the worst thing to take while drastically trying to shred fat!
Simple Eating Rules:
Always do breakfast --> Stabilizes Insulinelevels thus making you less hungry (after providing a good breakfast rythym for at least a month) and minimizing catabolizing state during the day!
Avoid fast carbohydrates like Sodas, Candy etc except after Lifting (you need 60-80 grams of fast carbs e.g. 3-4 glasses cola) and when eating fruits (they have certain chemicals in them which prevent the body from using the sugars as energy and thus is non-fattening, except for bananas!)
No eating at least three hours before bed, except for low-fat milk or Proteinpowders (slow proteins like Milk or Caseinate) to prevent catabolic state while sleeping!

That's good info King, but I have to disagree with the non cardio / weight combo. I lift for 40-50 minutes 4 times a week and do 20 minutes of fat-targeted cardio immediately after. I've been adding muscle and dropping fat pretty consistently for about 6 months now (since I got my diet straight). Now I won't deny that I could very well be adding more muscle without the cardio, but it's summer time and I just don't want to pack on fat during pool weather.
As far as fat goes, I only eat good fat and most of it comes from an soy / olive / and omega-3's. No saturated fat and a balance of monos and polys. I keep fat intake at about 20% of my diet
Just my 2 cents...
