Well no completely!
Ive been training (badly and non commitedly) for 2 years and Ive finally decided to look at myself and take it seriously.
Im 24 yrs, 205lbs, 6'2 and a 22% BF.
My experience is practically none apart from obvious places like "Get fit quick" magazines. I know this isnt the road to anywhere so I decided enough is enough.
Im not to fussed with the BF at the moment, just wanna put a bit more size and definition on and this looked like the best place for advise and also had a really friendly community!
I dont juice as I havent got the frame to work it properly but Ive started a course of good quality protein, creatine and started planning good eating patterns.
Hope to be a good member and 'grow' with the community.
Ive enclosed my schedule so far, sorry if this is in the wrong place. If there are any pointers you guys wanna add, please rip apart!

Monday: Biceps/ Delts x3.
Biceps:
Do drop sets from seated dumbell to E Z bar,
Dedicated Curls
EZ Bar on machine, 4 drop sets
Forearm curls
Delts:
High incline seated shoulder press with dumbells
Reverse Delt Machine
Mid delts chicken wings (not sure of the name of the machine)
Wednesday: Chest/ Triceps x2.
Chest:
Bench Press
Incline chest press with dumbells
Incline flys
Triceps:
Tricep pulldown
Dips
Skull crusher
Friday: All back sections / Lats.
Lat Pulldown
Seated Row
Shrugs
Squats
I know its basic, but thats why Im hear for some help
