thanks spyder. i can't post pics but ill keep you updated. i started a thread under cycle results. im going to run deca/winstrol. I know most people on this sight say no test no cycle but i think it will be a good first cycle for me. any advice is appreciated.

i want to safely put on some good quality muscle and with clomid and clen pct i think i can keep my gains. i dont plan on taking a second cycle. im staying away from test because of the side effects and because im really not triing to put on a huge amount of mass. also, although everybody on this board says to take test first, the steroid profile section of this sight says that test is not for novices. i think qv deca 300/50mgwinstrol tabs will be good for me.
