quite impressive! wot gear u juicing and diet?
welcome bro.....id like to see your diet and cycle history
You need major work on your back and we can't see your legs. Have you qualified for nationals yet?
give cycle history then we can talk
I think you have potential.
You look great! welcome
Only done two cycles. I'm 23. Yes I do need work on my back. Measured legs today at 25". Eat 8-10oz chicken 10 oz sweet potatoe or 1 cup rice. For fats I have cashews. I kind of eat this way year round because I'm so use to it. Have done test winni and anadrol first cycle. Only 500mg/w of each and winni every other day up till my show. Second cycle test and deca 500/w. Now I am on GH 4iu a day - Test 500/w - Winni 100mg/w. I have John Defendis helping me. I am competing for sushine in march. (Nationals)
very impressive, I definetely think you have potential, good luck
Marc
Be careful with what you say here bro. You have a tonne of potential regardless of your gear use, you don't want it to come back and haunt you. If anything, re-post the pics but hide your face bro.
You look solid.
keep your ID on the down low Bro - looking pretty good BTW
Yeah, I'd dit your face out of those pics or take them down. Just my opinion. You look like you have a great base going now. A few more good cycles and you'll look good.
yeah bar through face, but you look good bro![]()
Thanks for the email bro:

You should post a pic of yourself instead of arnold. Oh I see only 18
months experience. Nevermind keep arnold up there.
First of all, this isn't really a competition board. If you posted your pic as a competitor, expect to get some constructive criticism. Yes, your back needs major work if you want a good placing at nationals.
I may not have been training as long as you, but I am good friends with several people that are going to nationals this/next year. My honest assesment is this: the lack of development of certain key bodyparts ensure you won't receive a good placing.
If you want to get bent out of shape, that's your problem. I don't think you'll end up going very far if your ego can't handle constructive criticism.
welcome bro you look great
