Hey guys:
I am just getting back into lifting, I had to take four months off for work, was working like twelve hours a day had no ****ing time, it just got away from me. Anyways my board is gone, we had a little board of about fifteen good guys, so I guess this is my new home.
Anyways so today was my second time back, did shoulders and back today, just kinda ****ing around the first week, trying to get muscles workec but no real plan, am sore as hell from my bi's tri's calves, abs yesterday. I was so ****ing embarrassed, front barbel shoulder presses 135 was painfully hard to get even five reps out, and 225 deadlifts weren't heavy but my hammies were killing!!
