I’ve been reading the AR for a couple months – Great site! – and have finally gotten around to signing up.
I’m an old man of 38 (HEH!). Been lifting off/on for the majority of my adult life, but have been taking a serious approach for the past 2 years. Now I regularly get to the gym (5x/wk) and focus on a clean daily diet (200g+ of protein and 3500 calories).
I’ve tried the pro-hormones and had decent results - not great results. After a year of cycling those supp’s I’ve increased my weight from ~185lbs w/19%BF (July 2003) to 203lbs w/14%BF (August 2004). My goal is 215lbs w/10%BF.
I really enjoy the sport and learning more about it everyday in these forums. Thanks to all of you for the education and motivation.
