im 5 9 175lbs with about 6-8% body fat and i was wondering what cycle i could take to put me around 190 and still keep my body fat as low as it is and not have that much water retention ive done my research and cant decide which would be best... when i was on my 1st cylce i went from 168 to 185 then got off and lost 10lbs of the water so if yall have ne sugestions i would very much appriciate it...thanks a bunch
