Newbie here, just wanted to say what's up. I'm currently just returning to work out after a 15 year hiatus of drinking alcohol, smoking, and going to the bar. I am an amature motorcycle endurance racer racing a GSXR1000 on roadcorses, not dragracing. Anyways, need to gain some muscle mass, and drop some body fat, along with build endurance. I'm 27 years old, and haven't worked out since the day I graduated highschool. I've just restarted as of last week, so I"m still in the "I can't get out of bed" phase.
I'm 5' 8"-161 lbs mix of muscle and fat. I"m skinny everywhere, have chicken legs, and a spare tire around my stomach, but I wear a 32 waist pant. So, I'm a wreck. Anyways, I have a few questions, and hopefully you guys can help. Please excuse my ignorance on most of this stuff. Last time I worked out, glutamine was the supplement of choice. Creatine just started coming out. So if I sound like I have absolutely no clue, I really don't. Hope to learn a bunch. Thanks.
