Lifting is the greatest thing to do!!I love it I love i love it!..The only problem is keeping your gains. I have gained a considerable amount of weigh over the years.. But its just not enough..I see myself as one of the "small dudes in the gym"...But everyone around me says otherwise. I am currently taking t-400 800ml a week .....Any advice on what to do with this cycle. IS it enough, or am i wasting my time?
