Hi everybody. I am new to the board but not new the game. I have been in the fitness industry for over ten years. I took two years off from hardcore training. I am a about to start a serious training program for the next 10-12 weeks. Before I post anything here, I just wanted to say HI !, and get some insight on the AS that I will be running. Is this the correct area that I should be posting.
