Hey everyone, love this site. I am 30 and weigh around 255 with about 16% body fat. I am in semi good shape and still most of my mass, though not cut. I have been out of the game for some time now and have aquired a beer gut. I want to get back in shape but never had to diet before. Can anyone please help me out on what I need to do and give some easy diet plans for my hectic lifestyle. I would be forever grateful!!! Thanks again.![]()
