I am 189 lbs. , 5'7'' , and 15% body fat. I am currently about to do a cycle of Prop and Tren for 8 weeks to cut down before I go on a bulking cycle. Any one have any advice for the nutritional aspects of my cutting cycle. I was a wrestler, so my cutting down was completely different than this. I am eating around 400 gms. of protein and around 350 gms. of carbs. I do 1/2 hour of cardio first thing in the mourning before school, get a protein shake in then go to school. I usually get down another one around 10. then i eat at 11:30, usually chicken, rice, and veggies. Then another shake after school, which is around 2:30. Go to the gym and bust my balls in there for 1hr. then another protein shake. Eat a hour later. The usually get another shake in 3hrs. before bed.
Any advise will be greatly appriciated,
