Greetings und salutations all. Looking foward to the forums. I have been weightlifter for 12 years always with only protein supps. & vitamins. I am 5'10/225 for the past 8yrs. I am far from cut, thick and strong though. My genetics will not allow me to strip the last of fat in my mid section, I have tried everything , almost. I hope to learn from all of you who have the know how to tweek out my bod w/o losing the strength und size i spent sooooo long acquiring.( I'M NOT FAT I HAVE REALLY THICK ABS UNDER THAT LAYER OF BLUB!)
