    Just wanted to say hi and I'm looking forward to posting here. I like the fact that you help people without flames. A little back ground= 6', 275 lbs right now. Working on getter bigger and alittle leaner. Managed two health clubs for 5 years, now I own a tanning salon. Body fat is about 14%? haven't checked in awhile.
