need help on a work out schedule
starting to work out on monday could anyone help me with a work out schedule i'm looking to gain mass.I'm a rookie to the weight lifting scene i have a big frame over weight some what. should i go with heavy weight and less reps or light weight more reps. this year i really want to be a different person muscle instead of fat..lol a ya also a diet plan i know protein in take plays a role. Thanks
