    Hi from the new guy

    Hi guys and gals, just wanted to introduce myself. A friend recommended me to this site and for the past couple of weeks I have just been reading the threads and I have learned so much it's unbelievable. It's great to have a place where so many people contribute and so much can be learned.

    by the way...you friend is right, this is the most informative site on bodybuilding, AAS usage, nutrition and lots of other stuff. Stick around and you will learn soooo much. This is the best forum around
