Hello everyone! I see that this site is still as informative and positive as it used to be. I was always on here reading threads (in 2001 to early 2002) before school and business became too hectic. What I was wondering is are there any threads dedicated to people in their early 30's getting ready to do their first cycle. Ive read some great threads from people but they are here and there within the posts. I am moderately out of shape and off and on in my training. I am looking for a cycle that will give me good but not overwhelming gains (kinda weird huh). That is just a little about me. Keep up the good work. If you do have a tip on finding those threads easier thanks. I will do a great deal more research on the cycle!
