Hey whats up everyone? I've been reading this forum for a while and have become really interested so I decided to sign up myself. I'm 20yrs. old, 6ft, 210, endomorph body type with about 17% body fat......**** beer bellies haha. I've lifted for 1 yr. really hard and then the last 2 years have been just off and on due to events that have happened. My question is with my stats would you guys recommend cutting up first or bulking up? Open to all opinions and happy to be a part of this site now!!
