I'm 17 years old and I need help gaining weight. I'm 6'1" 165ish and it's really annoying that I can't gain weight. I htink it might be because I run so much in soccer. I need to gain weight because I would like to play at a good college soccer program. The problem is that I play soccer about 3-5 times a week. Can you guys help me out and tell me what my problem is. I'm thinking about taking creatine and stuffing my face to the max until it's impossible to walk. Thanks.
