Hi Guys, I have been reading the forums on AR for quite a long time ,Ive been training for years, different styles but training all the same and
I still feel i have so much to learn. I have taken a lot of your advise and now feel I might be able to give a little so I have registered now so here I am! keep up the good work guys I think you may have a saved a few people and given great gains to others its an Istitution!!
