Just wanted to introduce myself. I have been lifting on and off for about 5 years now. But have not been super serious about it until recently. I Started lifting seriously in February and haven't let up since. I am in the military and currently deployed. I was referred to this sight by a freind who has been a member for about a year now. He said it was a really good source for advice on dieting and for getting answers on supps. I weigh 205 with around 10% body fat I wanna put on another 8-10 pounds of muscle in the next 7 weeks. I am not reaaly knowledgeable about dieting I have been cosuming around 250 grams of protein/day. If you have any advice , it would be well appreciated. I look forward to getting to know everyone.
