hey wassup fellas and ladies my names tom from new york i heard about this site from my friend at work and i jus started workin out recently and recently i mean im truly a newbie to this and figured i can get sum help from u guyz ...right now im currently about 206 5'9" gotta lot of work to do but my main goals are to lose the belly and jus look proper ..... if anyone has any good advice please let me kno any info thanx alot
