    Whats goin' on!

    Just wanna say whats up to the forum members. I've been a lurker for a little bit so I decided to just join already. Been working out for a few years now, but nothing to serious until about 8 months ago. I'm about 5'9 @ 162lbs. I'm trying to reach my goal of 190lbs shredded so hopefully this forum gets me there! See everyone around, later.
