Getting My Act Together!
Hey all- I'm a 23(soon to be 24) year old ultra ectomorph from Indiana. I stumbled across this site while doing some supplement "research." I've tried over the past several years to get my body a bit more proportional via weight training, but I was getting nowhere(except more definition of course), and never had committment because I didn't really know what I was doing.
I finally got all the right info for my body type about a year ago, but I did not have the means or equipment(just some free weights @ home) to accomplish anything major. I'm at a point now where I have both necessary things going for me- I've just recently signed up at a local gym and I'm adjusting my diet(lots -o-protien).
I'm very confident I now have all the tools I need to acheive my goals, so with some help from all of you I will be on my way towards a personal transformation.

welcome aboard bro, good luck with your goals, remember make them reasonable or youll tear yourself down when you dont make them.
