BEFORE BED, SCRABBLED EGG / SOUP
TRAIN 1 DAY ON THEN 1 DAY OFF LOW REPS HEAVY WEIGHTS, AT MO MORE INTERESTED IN BULKING THAN CUTTING SO I WORK THE MAIN MUSCLE GROUPS TO BRING OUT THE SIZE.
