Another cherry on board
Just wanted to say a quick hello to all. I've made my way thru many sights over the years but this by far is superior to anything I've seen before. It's an information highway for the wayward weightlifter in all of us. I love it. Oh, and the girls....WHOA! :wg:
Im 36, 5'11,190lbs...been working out most of my adult life...took the sauce in High School and College for football before anyone had any clue how to take it...God what a moron. Looking for the edge again but with all the right info first and you folk know ur s*it!
From what I understand there is another William Wallace out there but just to be clear, I'm not the other one and he's not me. :rolleyes:
Anyway, just a thanks to all for the very informative posts and kudos for the comraderie I see here...
