Name's Korvin. Been lifting for around 4 years (maybe a little longer) My max weight was 225 lbs at 6'3". I was very lean, and eventually started to compete in a few fighting contests. (local ufc and suff no big deal) Then I got testicular cancer, lost my right testical along with over half of my testosterone, and dropped in weight to a shallow 165. I've SLOWLY regained some weight and am at an average-military looking build at 190-195.
My plans are to dig back into the game and get myself up to atleast 250. I'd like to get bigger, but with the low testosterone levels, it's nothing but hard to break through plateaus from here on in.
So anyway, I was a little above average when it came to knowledge of proteins and stuff, but I'm regaining that as well. I'd say I'm a bit above novice now in that department. If I see any questions that I can help someone on, you bet I will. I will probably be asking most of the questions for now, however, because I want to learn all I can.![]()
