Hey guys whats up? Another newbie here, I have been going to the gym for a little over a month now mainly doing circuit training but now I'm ready to move on and start hitting the real weights.My goal is to gain muscle mass! I'm 5'11" and around 194, got a little bit of a gut going on but thats really the only fat on my body. I plan on doing a mass routine in the real near future but there seems to be so : many out there its hard to choose one. I pretty much got my diet in order as far as eating the right kind of foods now i just need to start eating large amounts of it. I do plan on doing a cylce but at this point i dont know when that will be or when that should be. well look foward to talking with you guys.![]()
