    hi all

    haha nice idea for a thread. about me... im 20 - 6ft- 195lbs and would like to bulk up to heavy weight so maybe u all could help me out and if u ever wanna chat mma PM me, i like to compete in submission wrestling touneys, I also train muay thai and vale tudo.

    yeah wanderlei silva, not to many people make the connection lol. i wanted to use fedor or AA but then most people would think im a tennis player or an alcoholic

    My username used to be Striker93. I had to give it up because I needed to save money for my wedding and my future step-daughter. It's really difficult to take my aggression out just on strength training. I miss sparring. I spotted Wandy from a mile away. He was my favorite striker but what happened to him in that last fight. I didn't get to see it but I heard he lost.

    Pride Gp 2005 final Wand lost too Ricardo Arona, fight wasn't very good. wand checked a leg kick n slipped, then later threw n knee lost his balance n went down and Arona had 1 kinda good take down where he threw a knee then went for a double leg, so wand was on his back most the fight and lost to decision.

    in my opinion wand just had a bad night and would destroy him in a rematch witch i think there having soon

    I was on Sherdog the other day and they will have a rematch. I think Axe Murder's middleweight title is on the line. I was suprised he wasn't able to ko that judo guy (he recently chocked out Tank Abbott). I loved his style but I wonder if he starting to lose it. Fedor is unbelievable. Nobody can touch him. It will be interesting to see who hands him his second loss.

    I just heard that Wand beat Arona by decision today.
