Hey Everyone!
I've been working out for about 2 years now. I went from 179 pounds (big belly) down to 134 pounds in just under 4 months. Then when wrestling started I shot up to 160. I was really cut. Then, summer and such so I went back up to 179. And kept that for a year. And now i'm down to 166 (6 pac and all.).
So I came here to read up on how the 'other side' of bodybuilding works. I have done this all naturally, and intend to stay natural (Untill at least 21).
I'm bulking right now. Don't really know what weight I am looking to be around, but I still have 2 months left. Then I will cut down and start over again.
So, I will try to join in on the discussions and help out where I can. Just thought I'd say hi!
