I just recently registered with this site but ive been coming to this site for the last 14 months or so.The problem is that I have been unable to get to a gym for the last month so i look and feel like shit.
I got alot of respect for most of the vets and admin's on here. Hopefully I can learn a few things from u guys.
Heres a little bit about myself...
I am 21yrs of age (165lbs,10%bf), im 5'7''
I have been seriously weight training since I was 18 years old off and on(started at about 140lbs and probably 15%bf if not more.)
I am in my 3rd year of Kinesiology and health sciences
and have never juiced or done any prohormones
short term goals : get ACE certified, get my first aid and CPR
long term goals: open up my own supplement store
everyone is welcome to holla at me...especially people from the TDOT
