just wanted to introduce myself and start off on the right foot before i drive you all nuts with questions that might be common sense to the rest of you. anyway im 21 170lbs 8%bf been working out 3 years started at 100lbs laugh all you want but we all have to start somewhere. one short cycle is all my aas experience but was dumb and uninformed when i did that. got a month left in the military then once i get my diet and training consistant for a few months i hope to do another cycle and hopefully get better gains this time. im on here every day trying to learn all i can so thanks everyone for making this such a helpfull forum
