hi, my names joe, 6'3 225 lb overweight 19 y/o

the good part about that is i used to be 315 lbs and ive lost fat thanks to an elliptical trainer my mom bought

i need some help with my diet, routine and supplements.. so you'll see me wandering around making a fool out of myself :1laugh:
