Hey guys...im from singapore...19 and still a student..keen on cutting my body and getting ripped..would appreciate if anybody can tell me what is a pct...and is clen available in singapoh

PCT= post cycle recovery: the process (after a cycle, as alluded to by the expansion of the acronym) through which one attempts to stimulate various hormones (LH; FSH etc.), while manipulating/lowering others (oestrogen; cortisol etc.).. in the end goal of returning oneself to a natural hormonal environment (i.e. normal testosterone and free testosterone; relatively low estrogen and SHBG levels... etc.)

Simplified.. PCT is usually summarised as: "Getting back testicular function".. "getting test levels up".."getting the 'boys' up to size"

I live in Singapore as well. Clen is not available here without a prescription. You need to go to Bangkok for that.
