So, Im 28. 5'10 260 lbs. I've gotten myself down to 205 before and in better shape but havent been able to pull of the upset. Im tired of being fat. I ran a marathon last october at 235 pounds and it felt great but im still fat. Im very athletic in mind and underlying body. I am also contemplating trying out for an arena 2 football league. I realize that the league may have restrictions on this stuff but lets for now say they didn't. What is the best legal way (what do I take) to get ripped and how much and what kind of working out facilitates this? I know jack. Please be thorough with an answer and explain any terms because I am so ready to do this but don't know how to begin.
