Hey guys new to the board and bodybuilding altogether. I joined the board to learn how to diet for bulking and cutting. Also to learn how to work out correctly.
I am not interested in this point in gear and I am not sure if I ever will be.I saw other people on the board are keeping journals. I might do that, and it would be cool if someone critiqued my workout and diet. Or if you had any suggestions on supplements.
