Hi, My name is Wes im 16 (yes Im young I know) But im desperate.. In the past year and a half Ive picked up 90 lbs.. some of it muscle but alot of fat.. With the moving from my dads to my mothers.. (not that you honestly need to know.. just extremely stressfull) now I used to be ahardcore football player.. and I lost interest.. One because of the movement but also.. even tho I worked out daily tryed to eat right.. I gained weight.. and it wasnt just Muscle.. I went from about 19% body fat to now a whopping 33%.. Im desperate for help Ive recently been harcore searching for an answer.. Workout plans.. SOME kind of fat burner anything.. Now Im a whopping 6'3'' and 300lbs... I need some help... anyone?
