hey everyone,
jus registered, been a fan of this site for a long time. been working out for about 2 years. 20 years old, 6', 195-200lbs, not sure of bodyfat, somewhere in the range of 15%. looking to pack on a lot of muscle but not interested in any cycles atleast for a couple years. interested in learning more bout fine tuning my diet, and workout routine. at some point i will post pictures and look for critique and advice. im sure everyone will be a great help and thnx in advance,
