whats up everyone...im jus getting into the whole weight lifting body building world...ive been hittin the weight consistant for only the past half year but i joined up to learn and to get to my top potential of being all natural but eventually tryin a cycle to see what its all about...need help with a good diet to gain mass...whats good food for protien fat carbc etc...how much per day...if anyone can help thanks alot!
