    Cool another newbie

    whats up everyone...im jus getting into the whole weight lifting body building world...ive been hittin the weight consistant for only the past half year but i joined up to learn and to get to my top potential of being all natural but eventually tryin a cycle to see what its all about...need help with a good diet to gain mass...whats good food for protien fat carbc etc...how much per day...if anyone can help thanks alot!

    stats=
    height-6'0
    weight-168 lbs
    age-20
    in shape

    always been skinny and cut and now tryin to get bulked up and do it natural as much as i can before/if i juice so please help if u can!thanks alot...pEace

    Dude thats excatly where I was at height and weight ........+ tons of drinking, pot, etc.

    Started lifting and eatign right at 22. Now I'm 6'1" 195 qnd feeling great. All Natty!
