I'm doing this bassakwards...I've been posting and it's cool.
Quick review of me:
45 years old, retired FF, can still kick AS*, play over 40 bball, and can still wing it....not for long though, I'm new to AS and I'm afraid the bulk will ruin my 86mph fast ball....don't know about the junk balls, will see.
6'3'', 215 lbs, currrently ~20% bady fat.....I've been fcked the last 6 months with herniated discs in the c 5&6, they just could not fix me like my back....anyway that's why the 20%.
I like to run, have done half marathons at 215lbs and finished with an average 7.7 miles per min.
Anyway, I'm here to learn...plain and simple. I've never been able to get as big as I'd like, probably because of the running. I don't want to give up running, I figure I'll just run more stairs and start killing myself with sprints.
Good to be hear, will listen to any advice. Maybe in the future I can help someone else.
