So Ive tried to cut some weight....I did the 5-6 small meals aday with some serious cardio....Im still doing the cardio but the meal thing has fallen off because of time....
I was in Fire Fighter School So we do/did alot of cardio and I was doing it myself out side of school...
I lost about 8 lbs before school and nothing since...(jan) Im 21 5'11" 245-248 lbs.... So Im a big boy..... I fail out of the class (test not physical part) so im going to take it again in aug...I want to loose some more weight....
I was this heavy before and I was taking hydroxcut with ephdrea and I lost about 25-30 lbs in 3-4 months working out and working alot ....
Now i sit on my ass for 8 hours a day and 5-6 days a week....I go to the gym 4-6 times a week and im lifting and doing cardio after....Running for 15-30 mins hard a day...Im need to cut some weight faster and want to know whatto take....I was told to take "whinny" so If that the best way to go do I need anything else....
